半导体激光联合香菇多糖治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛的疗效观察

Effect of Semi-conductor Laser Combined with Lentinan on Post Herpetic Neuralgia

目的观察半导体激光联合香菇多糖片治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛（PHN）的临床疗效及安全性，方法将45例PHN患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，治疗组口服香菇多糖0．6g，2次／d，vitB1 100mg、vitB12 500μg肌肉注射，1次／d；同时接受半导体激光照射，隔日1次（27例）；对照组给予香菇多糖、vitB1、vitB12,剂量同治疗组（18例）。以视觉模拟评分法（VAS）和有效率、治愈率作为疗效评估指标；以不良反应作为安全性评估指标．、结果治疗组VAS评分1.30±0．95；对照组VAS评分2．89±1．41，两组差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；治疗组与对照组有效率分别为92．59％和66．67％，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；两组无1例因不良反应退出治疗。结论半导体激光联合香菇多糖治疗PHN，疗效肯定，安全性好，具有临床应用价值。

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect and safety of semi-condmtor laser combined with lentinan on postherpetic neuralgia（PHN）. Methods Forly-five patients with PHN were randomly divided into two groups：27 eases received the combination treatment with semi-conductor laser and lentinan, vitaminBI , vilaminBi2 ;while 18 cases in the control group received the combination treatment with lentinan,vitaminB1 and vitaminB12. Visual analogue scale（VAS） and clinical cure rate and total effective rate were utilized as parameters for evaluating the therapeutic effect. Adverse effect was observed as safety assessment parameter. Results The results showed that VAS of trcahnent group was 1.30±0.95 while the control group was 2.89±1.41 ,and there was statistically significant difference between the two groups（ P 〈 0.05 ）. The total effcetive rate of treatment group was 92.59% while the control group was 66.67% ,and the difference was sta- tistical significant （P 〈0.05）. No patient withdrawed from treatmeot due to adverse effect. Conclusion Semi-conductor laser combined with lentinan can achieve better therapeutic effect for patients with post-herpetic neuralgia with advantages of safety. It is worthy to be applied in clinical practice.
