基因重组人碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(rh-bFGF)致突变研究 被引量:1

摘要 本文用Ames试验,体外染色体畸变试验和微核试验对rhbFGF进行了致突变性研究。结果显示,rhbFGF的各剂量组对TA97、TA98、TA100、TA102菌株在±S9mix条件下无致突变性;在±S9mix条件下的染色体畸变试验中,rhbFGF的4个剂量浓度对CHL细胞染色体无畸变作用;以0.53mg/KG·bw、2.13mg/KG·bw、8.50mg/KG·bw、34.0mg/KG·bw的rhbFGF对小鼠骨髓多染红细胞无诱发微核增加作用。实验结果表明,rhbFGF无致突变作用。 This paper reported the research results of mutagenicity of rh bFGF. The results showed that rh-bFGF at 5 doses of 0.1-500μg/plate did not induce positive mutation of strains TA 97 、TA 98 、TA 100 and TA 102 with or without S 9mix in the Ames Test. The rates of CHL Chromosome aberrations of rh-bFGF at 4 doses were negative range (<5%). The rates of micronuleus assay of polychromatic erythrocytes in mice of rh-bFGF at doses of 0.53μg/KG·bw,2.13μg/KG·bw, 85μg/KG·bw,34μg/KG·bw would not be to induce increase of its micronuclei. It is proved that rh-bFGF would not be any mutagenicity in this experiment.
