摘要
本文采用Ames系统对21种中草药60%乙醇提取试样抗3amino1,4dimethyl5Hpyrido[4,3b]indole(TrpP1)致突变活性进行检测。实验结果表明,其中七种中草药:猫人参、黄药子、关木通、山偏柏、半支莲、五加皮、花椒具有较强的抗TrpP1致突变活性。川牛膝、莪术的乙醇提取物没有抗TrpP1致突变活性,但是川牛膝、莪术的水提取物有抗TrpP1的致突变活性。
The antimutagenicity of 21 traditional Chinese herbal medicinal plants on Trp P 1 were investigated with Ames bioassay system. It was found that Actinidia valvata Dunn, Dioscorea bulbiffera L., Aristolochia manushuriensis Kom., Selaginell adoederleinii Hieron., Scutellaria revularis Wall., Acanthopanax gracili stylus W.W. Smith. and Zanthoxylum bungeanum Maxim.possessed strong antimutagenic effects. The an timutagenic activity on the Trp P 1 of 60% EtOH extracts from Cythula offcinalis kuan. Curcuma Zedoaria (Berg). Rose had not been found but antimutagenic effects of the aqueous extracts from Cythula officinalis kuan and Curcuma zedoaria(Berg.) Rose. on the Trp P 1 were observed.
