冠状面CT扫描在鞍区断层影像解剖学中的应用 被引量:2

APPLICATION OF CORONAL CT SCAN IN EVALUATING THE SECTIONALZIMAGING ANATOMY OF SELLA REGION

摘要 目的研究正常成人鞍区冠状面CT断层影像解剖学特征。方法利用全身CT设备,对167例正常成人进行了鞍区冠状面薄层CT增强扫描,层厚15~2mm。结果正常垂体高度为26~84mm,平均46±2.1mm,宽度为8~21mm,平均13.8±4.1mm,50岁以后垂体高度稍有降低;垂体上缘形态以凹陷型居多(43%)、平坦型次之(36%),隆起型较少(21%);26%正常垂体柄有轻度倾斜;海绵窦大小、形态变化较大,增强后其密度高于垂体;鞍底有51%呈凹陷型,45%呈平坦型,4%呈隆起型,有50例(30%)正常鞍底骨质变薄、密度减低。结论冠状面薄层CT扫描可以清晰显示鞍区的解剖结构,正常鞍区解剖变异较大,须综合观察才能做出正确判断。 Objective:To study the appearances of sectional anatomy of normal sella turcica region on the coronal CT imaging.MethodsNormal sella turcia regions of 167 cases were examined with wholebody CT equipment.The thin contrast CT scan were performed on coronal section,with the thinness of 1.52.0mm.Results:The average height of the pituitary gland was 4.62.1mm,with the range between 2.68.4mm.The length was 13.84.1mm.The height of the gland was slightly decreased over 50 years old.The shape of superior surface of the gland usually was concave(43%),flat(35%)or convax(21%).The infundibulum might be slightly off midline in 26% normal cases,The shape and size of cavernous sinus usually were variable,the density of cavernous sinus was higher than the pituilary gland on contrast enhancement CT imaging.Sellar floor was concave on 51% cases,and flat on 45% cases,but convax on only 4% cases.Thinning and lower density of normal sellar floor could be seen in 50(3%) cases.Conclusion:Coronal thin CT scan is an effective model in displaying the sectional anatomy of sella region.It's often variants of normal sella turcica on humanbody.In order to make a correct diagnose all the signs of the sella region(include the shape,size,densities of the pituitary gland,infundibulum and sellar floors)will be observed since there are variants of normal sella turcica.
