速尿对豚鼠耳蜗生物电的影响

摘要 目的观察速尿对豚鼠耳蜗微音器电位(CM)和听神经动作电位(AP)的影响。方法给豚鼠1次静脉注射速尿50mg/kg体重,测定注射前、后不同时间的CM和AP。结果注射速尿后CM和AP的波幅立即降低,2min达最低水平,3min开始恢复,40min恢复接近正常水平;AP潜伏期亦在注射速尿后立即延长,2min达最大值,3min开始恢复,30min恢复接近正常水平。结论速尿对耳蜗CM和AP有显著的抑制效应,在本实验剂量1次用药这种抑制是可逆的。 Objective:To observe the effect of furosemide on the cochlear microphonic potential (CM) and auditory nerve potential (AP).Methods:The CM and Ap were examined before and after giving furosemide intravenously (50mg/kg body weight).Results:The wave amplitudes of CM and AP were reduced after injecting drug immediately and reached lowest at two minutes.The amplitudes of CM and AP began to resume at three minutes,and resume its' normal level about at forty minutes after giving drug.Prolongation of AP wave incubation period was observed immediately after giving drug and prolonged maximun value at two minutes.It began to resume at three minutes,and resume its'normal level at about thirty minutes after giving drug.Conclusions:The cochlear bioelectric potential are inhibited remarkably by furosemide.The inhibition effect are reversible after giving drug once.
