摘要
本文研究了茉莉酸甲酯(methyl jasmonate,MeJA)和低温处理对小麦幼苗生长和内源激素ABA和GA含量的影响。100μmol·L-1MeJA喷施叶面后,常温下能促进苗的生长,而低温下则抑制苗的生长,提高抗寒性。与此同时,两种培养温度下叶片中内源ABA含量比对照都显著提高,而GA含量在常温条件下显著提高,但在低温条件下则反而降低。MeJA处理促进了ABA/GA比值的提高,低温处理的促进作用更为显著。
The effects of treatments with MeJA or low temperature on growth and content of ABA and GA in wheat seedlings were investigated. Spray of 100 μmol·L-1 MeJA on leaves promoted the growth of shoots at normal,but inhibited the growth at low temperature,indicating the increase in cold resistance. MeJA treatment could significantly increase ABA content at both temperature treatments and remarkably increase GA content at normal,but conversely decrease GA content at low temperature. MeJA treatment increased the ABA/GA ratio,and the effect was more obvious at low temperature.
