摘要
目的为了研究由桑椹子、枸杞子等药食同用的中草药组成的强化剂,对动物肝脏的保护作用。方法选择44只健康的小白鼠,随机分为4组,设阳性对照组、阴性对照组及两个实验组。先用强化剂对两个实验组灌胃五天后,与阳性对照组同时用CCl4致肝损伤,以观察强化剂对小白鼠肝脏的保护作用。阴性对照组在整个实验过程中用生理盐水灌胃。实验完毕将小白鼠挖眼取血1ml/只,处死后取肝脏做病理切片检查。结果各组间肝脏损伤程度转换成等级资料用秩和检验分析均有显著性差异。结论本强化剂经动物实验证实对肝脏具有明显的保护作用。
Objective:Sang-Qi Beer
intensifier is processed from the decoction of Fructus Mori and Fructus lycii,both of which are
eatable and can be used as drugs.It contains many kinds of trace elements,amino-acids and
flavone,necessary to the body.Methods:Forty-four mice were divided randomly into four groups
ie,a positive control group,a negative control group and two test groups.Hepatic lesion resulted
from CCl4 was used as animal model.First,the intensifier was given to the two test groups for 5
days,and then together with the positive control group,they were given the same dosage of the
CCl4 resulting in hepatic lesion so that the intensifier injected into the stomach aim of mice
could be observed.During the experiment,the mice of the negative control group were only
given saline water.Results:Finally,their eyes were dug out,lml blood was taken from each and
then they were put to death and their liver were used for pathological
examination.Classifications were made according to the degree of hepatic lesions and
converted into ranked data.Conclusion:The Statistical analysis was made on the basis of these
data.The results showed that the intensifier had an obvious protective effect on the liver.
