文章从网络经济审计目前存在的问题出发，结合设计流程，提出了网络经济视角下的审计流程再造的理念，论证了其可行性和必要性。在此基础上，建立网络经济视角下的审计流程模型，最后，对审计流程再造的评价。

Starting from the existing problems in the network economy audit, and combining the design processure, the thesis puts forward the idea of the audit procession reconstitution in view of network economy and proves its feasibility and necessity.On this base, the audit procession reconstituion in view of network economy will be established and it will be finally evaluated.
