本文结合数控机床电器系统进行尝试性的分析，笔者通过对自己实际经验的总结，提出了对数控机床电气系统环境意识的优化设计，希望能给数控机床产品实现创新设计与制造打下一定的理论基础。使这种环境意识设计技术的应用既能满足用户短期产品开发的需要，又能最终给用户带来所期望的最佳经济效益。

Combining the digital machine tool electric appliancs systhem, the thesis attempts to make an analysis. Through his own practice, the author put forward the perfection design of the environmental idea of the digital machine tool electric appliance, hoping to lay a basis for the creation of the digital machine tools so that it can both meet the demands of the short tern developing of the users and bring the best profits for the users.
