胃癌食管癌组化染色法的改良及应用

摘要 目的对DNA酸解后甲基绿—派洛宁染色法进行改良和应用。方法收集我室常规病理活检标本,已明确病理诊断的消化道恶性肿瘤:胃癌、食管癌,应用改良后的染色法,进行组织切片染色。结果染出切片色彩鲜艳,组织结构清晰,能显示多种组织细胞成份,尤其能同时显示肿瘤细胞的增殖活力,分化程度和肥大细胞的形态及成熟程度。结论改良后的染色法对比度强,染色时间短,操作步骤简便易掌握,适用于组织形态学研究和临床病理外检的辅助诊断。 Objective:To improve Methy1 Green-Pyronin stain after acid denaturation of DNA.Methods:Samples diagnosed as malignant stomach and esophagus tumors were collected and stained with the improved method.Results:With this method,cells and structure of tissue were stained clearly and colour-fully;proliferation and differentiation of tumor cells,form and maturation of mast cells were also identified.Conclusion:The improved method has many advantagesShorter stain time,higher contrast ability,easier to control.So it can be used in histological and morphological study.Which can be helpful in clinic pathological diagnosis.
