当代大学生职业生涯规划的现状调查研究——以襄樊学院为例

Status Survey on Career Programming of Contemporary Undergraduates:Taking Xiangfan University as An Example

关于职业生涯规划,当代大学生意识淡薄。他们对自我的认知不足,对职业环境了解有限;职业理想目标模糊,社会实践针对性差;对职业生涯规划的认可度高,但是实效性差。在中国,要加强大学生职业生涯规划教育,重视职业生涯规划在高等教育中的地位与作用;建立完善的大学生职业生涯规划课程体系;加强职业生涯规划专业化师资队伍建设;全面整合教育资源。

As for career programming,contemporary undergraduates keep indifferent dim.They know little about themselves and occupational environment.They have an obscure occupation aim.Although they approve of career programming,they don＇t use it very well.In China,much attention should be paid to the education about career programming.We should value its importance in higher education,set up sophisticated curricula of career programming,strengthen the construction of specialized teachers about this and integrate education resources overall.
