摘要
非地缘区域警务协作既是社会宏观区域协作的组成部分,也是区域警务协作的重要内容。面对市场经济规律作用下引发的社会治安问题同质化现象,推进非地缘区域警务协作,必须依托现有优势,找准制约因素,明晰发展路径,深入探索,回应区域经济社会呈现一体化态势催生的警务需求,建立与维护与社会稳定工作相适应的公共管理警务机制,为我国经济发展机遇期的良好社会环境提供公共安全保障。
Policing Cooperation in non- geographic regions is not only a component of social macro-regions, but also important content of regional policing cooperation. Confronting public security problems brought about by market economic laws and in order to promote the policing cooperation in non-geographic regions, we should make good use of our present advantages, accurately locate the restraints, know development ways well, probe further, respond to the policing demands brought about by regional economic integration trend, establish public administrative mechanism of policing to maintain social stability and create good safe environment for economic development.
