Design and Cost Analysis of the Temporary CRTSII Track Lumber Yard

CRTSⅡ型无砟轨道的技术日趋成熟,应用也逐渐广泛,由于单个板场建设的资金投入较大,因而对临时板场建设进行合理设计及费用分析意义重大。然而,轨道板场费用的组成及概算编制方法,现行编制办法("113号文)"没有予以明确界定,因此,笔者结合某铁路客运专线CRTSⅡ型临时轨道板场的建设设计实例,对CRTSⅡ型轨道板的生产流程及总平面布置进行剖析,提出CRTSⅡ型轨道板的概算编制框架。

The technology of CRTS II ballastless track has matured,and got a wider application.Since the construction of a single track lumber yard requires huge capital investment,it is quite important to make the rational design and cost analysis of the temporary track lumber yard.However,the cost component of such a track lumber yard is not defined by the current Budget Estimate Making Rules（Document 113）.Therefore,in reference to the construction of the temporary CRTSII track lumber yard for one passenger dedicated line,this paper analyses the production process and the general layout of the CRTSII track lumber,and proposes the framework for the budget making of the temporary track lumber yard.
