摘要
提出了一种全复合材料前掠机翼的设计与CFD/CSM一体化分析流程。首先进行了机翼气动分析,获得不同迎角下的机翼气动特性;然后根据机翼结构各部件的传力特性,基于等强度原则确定了各部件的形状和尺寸并完成了变截面复合材料部件的铺层设计;最后通过CFD/CSM载荷传递进行了机翼结构的力学性能分析。CFD/CSM一体化计算结果满足设计技术指标;与传统金属机翼相比,结构减重达40%,刚度提升约30%。说明该设计方案在机翼的初步设计阶段具有良好的参考价值。
A forward-swept composite wing is designed,and a CFD CSM combined simulation approach of this wing is carried out.First the wing's aerodynamic characteristic is computed,get aerodynamic pressure under different angle of attack.Then based on equal-strength principle,using design knowledge,wing's element(spar,wing rib,stringeretc,skin) by experience referencing the same type's structure parameters are chosed,and are cmposite plies.Finally using the aerodynamic-structure load transfer between aerodynamic/structural computation,mechanical property of the wing is calculated.The results reache designed requirement.The comparation results show that weight of the composite wing is less by approximately 30% than a metallic wing structure while it's bending torsional stiffness is better.It is believed that the designed wing structural is usable for wing design in the first phase.
