摘要 生鲜食品一般是指未经深度加工的初级农产品.它在我国居民日常消费中占有很大比重。近年来.生鲜食品质量安全事件的频频发生,使消费者对生鲜食品质量安全性的担心程度不断增加。农贸市场作为我国大部分地区生鲜食品主要零售终端,
