摘要
目的:研究二巯丙磺钠对乙基硫代磺酸乙酯( 抗菌剂402 ,ethyl thioethylsulfonate , 简称 E T) 解毒机制。方法: 通过抑菌作用实验,小鼠的急性毒性实验,小鼠耳急性炎症实验,巯基的化学鉴别和薄层层析,研究二巯丙磺钠对 E T 的化学性拮抗作用。结果:二巯丙磺钠与 E T 混合后, 可以使 E T 的抗菌作用、急性毒性和致炎作用明显减弱;2 药混合后,溶液中二巯丙磺钠的巯基消失和 E T 的结构被破坏。结论:二巯丙磺钠与 E T 混合后,两者发生了化学反应,呈现化学性拮抗作用。
AIM: To study the antidotal mechanism of sodium dimercaptopropanesulfonate(Na-DMPS) on ethyl thioethylsulfonate(ET). METHODS: Experiments of antibacterial action , acute toxicity on mice,acute inflammation on ears of mice, sulfhydryl groups detection and thin_layer chromatography were made to study the chemical antagonism of Na_DMPS on ET. RESULTS: After mixed ET and Na_DMPS, the antibacterial action of ET and its acute toxicity and inflammatory action were weakened significantly. Sulfhydryl groups of Na_DMPS vanished and the structure of ET was destroyed. CONCLUSIONS: Chemical reaction occurres in the mixed liquid of ET and Na_DMPS. The chemical antagonism of Na_DMPS on ET is manifested.
