贵阳城市经济圈建设及发展布局研究

Study on Construction and development of the Urban Economic Zone in Guiyang City

在广泛而深入调查的基础上，紧紧围绕着贵阳城市经济圈的建设及发展布局进行了系统分析研究，对“城市经济圈”内涵提出了具有新意的描述；并从充分发挥现有优势、打破行政区划界限、整合资源优势、促进经济一体化、有效发挥对全省的辐射带动作用等层面上，为推动与优化贵阳城市经济圈建设及发展布局，提出了总体思路与目标、空间布局战略、主体功能区的总体布局、特色优势产业发展的布局、基础设施建设的布局、城镇体系建设的布局和对策建议，供有关政府及其部门作决策参考。

Based on the profound investigation, the construction and development of the economic zone in Guiyang city is analyzed systematically and the urban eeonomie zone is described in a dif- ferent way. In terms of exploiting the advantages to the full, diminishing the boundary, integrating resources, promoting economic integration, giving the leading role for the whole province to the full play, the overall ideas and aims, spatial strategy, the overall layout of the main function area, the layout of the development of special and advantageous industries, the layout of infrastructure, the layout and measures of urban system are proposed for the relevant government departments＇ references.
