多孔磷酸三钙陶瓷人工骨的研制及临床应用 被引量:3

摘要 作者采用适当配方和制造工艺研制成多孔磷酸三钙陶瓷人工骨。理化性能检测显示其具有独特的连通孔和大孔/微孔结构;平均孔径380μm(240~510μm);气孔率46.4%;抗压强度97.4kg/cm^2;材料含CaO49.09%(W/W)、P_2O_548.84%,生物相容性检测显示该人工骨无毒性;对组织无刺激;不引起异物反应;不致溶血或突变;骨组织能有效长入材料孔内并与材料直接接触,具有良好的生物相容性。用该人工骨修复7例骨缺损,效果较满意。 The authors had prepared the artificial bone of porous tricalcium phosphate ceramics with adequate component and technology.The examination of its physical-chemical properties shows that it possesses some features:the distinctive structure of connective pore and macro/micropores ;mean pore size,380μm (from 240μm to 510μm); porosity,46.4% ; compressive strength,97.4kg/cm2.It consists of CaO(49.09%)and P2O5(48.84%).The examination of biocompatibility shows that it is devoid of systemic or local toxicity,and of irritation or foreign body response to tissue,and it does not result in hemolysis or mutation.The new bone can grow into its pores effectively and make direct contact with the constituent material 7 cases of bone defect were treated by using this artificial bone with more satisfactory results
