Study on Extraction Process of Huganbadu Extractum

目的:优选护肝拔毒浸膏乙醇提取工艺条件。方法:采用正交试验设计,以苦参碱和氧化苦参碱的含量以及浸出物得率为考察指标,优选护肝拔毒浸膏醇提工艺条件。结果:护肝拔毒浸膏的最佳醇提工艺条件为用饮片总量15倍量60%乙醇分3次回流提取,每次2 h。结论:此工艺稳定可行。

Objective：To find out the optimal ethanol extraction process for Huganbadu extractum.Method： The extraction process was studied by orthogonal design with yield of the extracted content of matrine and oxymatrine and the productivity of the ethanol extraction.Result： The optimal extraction process was as follows： 60% alcohol,15 times the amount of herbs,refluxing for 3 times,each time 2 hours.Conclusion： The extraction process is stable and convenient for applying to production.
