微波消解ICP-MS法测定唐古特青兰中无机元素 被引量:12

Determination of Inorganic Elements in Dracocephalum tanguticum Maxim by Sealed Microwave Digestion ICP-MS

摘要 目的:建立唐古特青兰中微量元素含量的测定方法。方法:样品经微波消解后,以铑、铼为内标,用电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)测定样品中Ni,Cr,V,Mn,Cu,Zn,Co,Se,Fe,As,Pb,Al,Ba,Mg,K和Ca共16种元素的含量。结果:该方法对各元素的检出限为0.002~0.951μg.g-1,加标回收率在91.82%~104.72%之间,国家标准物质茶标(GBW07404)和杨树叶(GBW07405)的测定值与标准值基本吻合。结论:所建立的方法快速、准确、灵敏度高,为深入研究唐古特青兰中无机元素与藏药药效、药性味相关性奠定了基础,也为治赤巴病藏药中微量元素的研究提供了一种可行的参考方法。 Objective:The method for content determination of inorganic elements in Dracocephalum tanguticum was established.Method: Inorganic elements including Ni,Cr,V,Mn,Cu,Zn,Co,Se,Fe,As,Pb,Al,Ba,Mg,K and Ca were determined by ICP-MS using sealed microwave digestion and Rh and Re as internal standards.Result: The detection limits of elements were 0.002-0.951 μg.g-1 and the recovery was 91.82%-104.72% by adding standard recovery experiment.Standard value of inorganic elements approximately equal to measured value in standard reference materials(GBW07605) and(GBW07604).Conclusion: It is indicated that the proposed method has the advantages of accuracy,simplicity,speediness and feasibility.This paper provides scientific basis for deeply studying the relation between the inorganic elements and the drug effects and flavor of D.tanguticum,which also established a feasible methods for studying inorganic elements in Tibet drug of curing CHI BA disease.
