抗感利咽胶囊的质量标准研究

Quality Standard Study for Kangan Liyan Capsule

目的:研究抗感利咽胶囊的质量控制标准。方法:采用薄层色谱法对胶囊中玄参、黄芩、牡丹皮进行定性鉴别,并用高效液相法对胶囊中的金银花进行含量测定。结果:薄层色谱分离清晰,阴性无干扰。绿原酸在0.096 8～0.968μg呈良好的线性关系。平均加样回收率为97.03%,RSD 1.54%(n=6)。结论:该方法专属性强,灵敏度高,重复性好,可用于该胶囊的质量控制。

Objective：To establish the quality standard for Kanggan Liyan Capsule.Method： Radix Scrophμlariae,Radix Scutellariae and Cortex Moutan in Kanggan Liyan Capsule were identified by TLC;the content of chlorogenic acid in Flos Lonicerae japonicae was determined by HPLC.Result： The TLC sports developed were fairly clear,and the blank test showed no interference.Chlorogenic acid was linear in the range of 0.0968-0.968μg;the average recovery was 97.03% and RSD was 1.54%（n = 6）.Conclusion： The selective,sensitive and reproducibility of the method are good;the method can be used for quality of control of Kanggan Liyan Capsule.
