高原天名精化学成分研究

Chemical Constituents from Carpesium lipskyi

目的:对藏药高原天名精Carpesium lipskyi甲醇提取物化学成分进行分离鉴定。方法:利用普通硅胶柱色谱方法进行分离、纯化,并经超导核磁共振(NMR)、质谱(MS)、红外(IR)等现代波谱技术确定其结构。结果:从高原天名精的甲醇室温提取物乙酸乙酯部位获得6个化合物,其结构被确定为β-谷甾醇(I),豆甾醇(II),二十二烷醇(III),胡萝卜苷(IV),5-羟基-3,6,7,4’-四甲氧基黄酮(V),异鼠李素-3-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(VI)。结论:6个化合物均为首次从该植物中分离得到。

Objective：To isolate and identify the chemical constituents from Carpesium lipskyi,which was used as traditonal herb medicine in the treatment of some diseases.Method： These compounds were isolated by column chromatography and their structures were elucidated through spectroscopic analysis（NMR and MS）.Result： Seven compounds were isolated and identified as： β-sitosterol（I）,stigmasterol（II）,1-docosanol（III）,daucosteol（IV）,5-hydroxy-3,6,7,4 ’-tetramethoxyflavone（V）,isorhamnetin-3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside（VI）.Conclusion：All these compounds were isolated from Carpesium lipskyi for the first time.
