白花丹参不同部位的红外光谱三级鉴定 被引量:12

Study on Identification of Different Parts of Salvia miltiorrhiza by Multi-steps Infrared Macro-fingerprint Methed

摘要 目的:对白花丹参不同部位进行红外光谱分析。方法:采用红外光谱三级鉴定法(红外光谱、二阶导数谱以及二维相关谱),对白花丹参根、茎、叶、花的粉末、脂溶性和水溶性提取物进行分析鉴定。结果:叶在有效成分特征吸收区1 800~1 200 cm-1波段峰强高于根、茎、花。一维图谱中,除花外,脂溶性提取物根、茎、叶均有邻醌C=O特征吸收1 692,1 670 cm-1峰出现;水溶性提取物叶、花的丹酚酸B芳香化合物骨架振动1 610 cm-1峰较根、茎明显。二阶导数谱中,脂溶性提取物和水溶性提取物均出现标准品谱图的特征峰,印证一维谱图结论;二维相关光谱中,白花丹参不同部位自动峰位置及强度均不相同。结论:白花丹参不同部位化学成分种类及含量有所差异,茎、叶、花是值得进一步开发利用的资源。 Objective:The different parts of Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge f.alba was analysed by IR spectroscopy.Method: Multi-steps infrared macro-fingerprint methed(infrared spectroscopy,secondary derivative spectroscopy and two dimensional correlation infrared spectroscopy) was used to analyse the powder,ethanol-soluble and water-soluble extracts of the root,stem,leaf,flower of S.miltiorrhiza.Result: In effective component characteristics absorption area(1 800-1 200 cm-1 band) the peak intensity of the leaf was higher than root,stem and flower.In the one-dimensional spectra,except flower,the ethanol soluble extract of root,stem and leaf all appeared the adjacent quinone C = O characteristic peak absorption 1 692 cm-1 or 1 670 cm-1.In water-soluble extract,the skeleton vibration peak 1 610 cm-1 of aromatic compounds(like salvianolic acids B) in leaf and flower was more obvious than root and stem.In the secondary derivative spectra,ethanol-soluble extract and water-soluble extracts all appeared the characteristic peak of standard substance,which confirm the conclusions of one-dimensional spectrograms.In the two-dimensional correlation spectra,the automatic peak position and intensity of different parts of S.miltiorrhiza were different.Conclusion: The kinds and content of chemical composition of different part of S.miltiorrhiza were different,and the stem,the leaf and the flower were resources to be further exploited.
