高效液相色谱法测定新健胃片中橙皮苷的含量

Determination Content of Hesperidin in Xinjianwei Tablets by HPLC

目的:建立高效液相色谱法测定新健胃片中橙皮苷含量的方法。方法:采用Phenomenex C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm);以甲醇-冰醋酸-水(35∶4∶61)为流动相;检测波长为283 nm;流速1.0 mL.min-1。结果:橙皮苷进样量在0.10～2.03μg呈良好线性关系(r=0.999 9),平均加样回收率为98.37%(n=9)。结论:该方法简便、快速、准确、重复性好,灵敏度高,可用于新健胃片的质量控制。

Objective：To establish a HPLC method for the determination of hesperidin in Xinjianwei tablets.Method： Phenomenex C18（4.6 mm × 250 mm,5 μm） column was used.The mobile phase consisted of methanol-acetic acid-water（35∶ 4∶ 61） and the flow rate was 1.0 mL.min-1,the detective wavelength was at 283 nm.Result： The hesperidin has a good linear in the range of 0.10-2.03 μg（r = 0.999 9）,the average recovery（n = 9） was 98.37%.Conclusion：The method is rapid,sensitive,and accurate.It can be used for the quality control of Xinjianwei tablets.
