43例下肢深静脉血栓形成中西医结合治疗的疗效观察

Observation on curative effects of integrated traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine on deep phlebothrombosis of the lower extremities

目的：观察中西医结合治疗下肢深静脉血栓形成的疗效。方法：对４３例下肢深静脉血栓形成患者，西医治疗采用尿激酶１２×１０４Ｕ加入生理盐水５００ｍｌ静滴７日，肝素５０００Ｕ皮下注射７日，阿斯匹林肠溶片０．３ｇ口服２～３个月；中医治疗以复方丹参注射液１６ｍｌ加低分子右旋糖酐５００ｍｌ静滴１５日，补阳还五汤加减口服；并配合制动、穿弹力袜、理疗等。结果：治愈４例，有效３７例，无效２例；总有效率为９５．３％。结论：下肢深静脉血栓形成采用西医扩容、抗凝、溶栓等结合中药益气化瘀等治疗，效果理想。

Objective:To observe the curative effects of integrated traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)and western medicine (WM) on deep phlebothrombosis of the lower extremities.Methods:43 cases with deep phlebothrombosis of lower extremities were treated with integrated TCM WM.In treatment with WM the urokinase 12 ×10 4 U+normal saline 500 ml infused intravenously for 7 days,heparin 5 000 U injected subcutaneously for 7 days,and aspirin soluted in intestine 0 3 g taken orally for 23 months were used,otherwise in treatment with TCM the composite salvia miltiorrhiza injection 16 ml+low molecular dextran 500 ml infused intravenously for 15 days and Buyang Huanwu Decoction(补阳还五汤)plus or minus taken orally were used.In addition limiting movements,wearing elastic socks,and physiologic therapy were coordinated.Results:4 cases were cured,37 cases were effective,2 cases were ineffective,and total effective rate was 95 3%. Conclusions:The treatment for deep phlebothrombosis of lower extremities with WM(volume expantion,anticoagulation,and thrombolysis) combined with TCM invigorating Qi(气) and removing blood stasis and so on is able to achieve ideally curative effects and possesses better clinical value.
