江苏省高校知识产权师资现状与对策研究

On the Current Status and Countermeasures of Intellectual Property Teachers of Universities and Colleges in Jiangsu Province

知识产权是国家发展的战略性资源和国际竞争力的核心要素，人才是推动知识产权事业发展的第一资源。知识产权人才缺乏，尤其高校知识产权师资匮乏更加剧江苏省知识产权人才的供需矛盾。文章通过问卷调查的方式，调研了江苏省高校知识产权师资现状，提出了加速培养和推进知识产权师资队伍的对策、建议。

Intellectual property （IP） is the core element of strategic resources and international competitiveness for national development. IP talents are the most important resources to push forward IP cause. The deficiency and insufficiency of IP talents, esp. the teachers in universities and colleges further intensifies the contradiction between the talent supply and demand in Jiangsu. This research paper, via questionnaire, presents the survey results of the current status of IP teachers of universities and colleges in Jiangsu, and puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions for accelerating the trainings of IP teachers.
