吉林油田浅气层区块钻井施工井控安全对策

Safety Measures to Control the Drilling in Shallow Gas Block of Jilin Oilfield

摘要 吉林油田浅气层区块较多,井控风险高,井喷失控后造成的危害较大。文章对该油田浅气层特点、分布及形成原因、存在的危害进行简要分析,提出加强井控防范意识、严格落实一次井控措施、早期发现早期处理、提高班组应对突发险情的防喷处置能力、发现溢流及时关井、关井后节流循环、压井恢复井筒内压力平衡等应对措施,对浅气层钻井施工井控安全工作有一定的指导作用。 Because of too many blocks in shallow gas of Jilin Oilfield, the risk of well control is high and the hazard of blowout running out of control is serious. This article made a brief analysis on the characteristics of shallow gas, distribution and fomaation causes, and the hazards. The article also presented that the conyermeasures as a guidance of safety control in well, such as enhancing awareness of prevention and conlrol, strictly implementing control measures in every times, early detection and early treatment, improving the disposal capacity of teams in dealing with unexpected dangers, shutting up the well timely after discovering the overflow, circulating with choke after shutting up the well, restoring the pressure balance, etc.
