中国现阶段人民内部矛盾的发展态势研究

A Study on the Developing Trend of Contradiction Among the People in China Today

中国现阶段人民内部矛盾的发展趋势呈现出与以往明显不同的新变化和新特征。有针对性地研究并准确地掌握其发展的状况与演变的趋势,对于正确处理好人民内部矛盾,维护社会和谐稳定具有非常重要的现实意义。文章认为,当前人民内部矛盾呈现出五个方面的基本特征:一是矛盾性质的非对抗性没有变,但对抗与冲突程度明显增强;二是利益诉求重于政治诉求,价值性矛盾逐渐凸显;三是矛盾冲突群体化,个案化问题容易演化为整体化的问题;四是矛盾复杂多样化,但干群矛盾表现突出,成为现阶段人民内部矛盾的聚焦点;五是矛盾的生长空间很大,就业失业问题和劳资矛盾将逐渐成为新的增长极。

The developing trend of contradiction among the people at the present stage bears new different changes and new obvious characters.Especially,to the correctly handling contradictions among the people and defending society harmony,studying and grasping the trend accurately has very important practical and immediate significance.The article thinks that current contradiction among the people displays five aspect essential features： the nonantagonistic character doesn＇t change,but conflict＇s degree strengthen obviously;stronger needs for livelihoodthan for political right,but value contradiction gradually protruding;contradiction conflicts group-rization,individual cases expanding to contradictions involving large groups of people;complicated diversification of contradiction,but obvious contradictions between the officials and the people;much room for growth of contradictions among the people,unemployment problem and labour and capital contradiction will become the new increase pole gradually.
