摘要
科学、合理的城市规划是生态城市建设的前提条件,也是建设生态文明的内在要求。本文阐述了生态文明、生态城市及生态城市规划的基本概念,分析了我国生态城市规划建设面临的现状和成功经验,对生态城市规划建设的保障机制提出了相关建议。
The scientific and rational urban planning not only is a prerequisite for eco-city construction,but also is an inherent requirement of eco-civilization construction.This article expounds the basic concepts of eco-civilization,eco-city and eco-city planning,analyzes the faced realities and successful experience in eco-city planning and construction,and puts forward relevant proposals for protection mechanism of eco-city planning and construction.
