摘要
在对国防重大项目特点进行分析的基础之上,站在国防重大项目抓总协调单位的角度提炼了15个国防重大项目系统工程集成能力要素,对国内5个国防重大项目进行了问卷调查,应用SPSS软件进行因子分析,找到了3个公因子,建立了国防重大项目系统工程集成能力体系。
Based on the analysis of the characteristics of defence mega-project and stand the overall coordination department,the report refines 15 elements in systems engineering integration capabilities of defence mega-project,surveys in the domestic defence mega-project,has the factor analysis by the applications of SPSS,finds three common factors,and establishes the systems engineering integration capabilities of defence mega-project.
