摘要
目的：用液液萃取法从复方中药戒毒制剂康灵片中提取分离出微量东莨菪碱，并采用气相色谱（ＧＣ／ＦＩＤ）内标法测定东莨菪碱含量。方法：用Ｕｎｔｒｌ１（ＨＰ）ＳＥ－３０毛细管柱（２５ｍ×０２２ｍｍ，０３３μｍ），柱温为２５０℃，检测器为ＦＩＤ．结果：东莨菪碱的回收率为９７９７％，ＲＳＤ为１８％，结论：方法灵敏度高，测定结果准确可靠。
