摘要
目的:将微波技术用于试样干燥失重的测定。方法:分别对扑热息痛、硫酸奎宁、无水碳酸钠、硫酸钙等含有自由水和结合水的有机和无机药品的微波功率、干燥时间及试样数量与干燥失重率的关系进行研究。结果:本法结果准确,精密度高,各供试品均可在10min内完成测定,与烘箱法比较,节省能源95%以上,提高工作效率15倍以上。结论:本法适用于化学药品干燥失重的常规分析。
Objective: To apply microwave technique to determin the loss on drying of chemicals. Methods: The effects of microwave power, drying time and the number of the samples on the rate of drying have been investigated. In addition, the loss on drying of organic chemicals including sodium benzoate and quinine sulfate and inorganic chemicals including sodium carbonate and calcium sulfate consisting of free water or combined water has been determined by the microwave technique. Results: The method is accurate, precise, economic. The determination of loss on drying of the chemicals investigated can be performed in 10 minutes. Conclusion: The method is suitable for the determination of loss on drying of chemicals.
