保尔佳配合化疗治疗晚期肺癌的临床研究

Clinical Study of Polyerga Coordinating with Chemotherapy in Treatment of Advanced Lung Cancer

目的：观察保尔佳配合化疗对晚期肺癌疗效及生存质量的影响。方法：Ⅲ～Ⅳ期肺癌共８３ 例，随机分为保尔佳组（常规化疗＋ 保尔佳） 和对照组（单用化疗） ，疗程８ 周。结果：保尔佳组有效率５８．１ ％ ，对照组有效率５０．０ ％（Ｐ＞ ０．０５）；保尔佳组恶心、呕吐、食欲下降的发生率为２７．９ ％ ，对照组为７５．０ ％ （ Ｐ＜ ０．０１） ；保尔佳组体重增加者为５１．１ ％ ，对照组为１５．０ ％ （ Ｐ＜０．０１） ；保尔佳组Ｋａｒｎｏｆｓｋｙ 评分增加为９５．３％ ，对照组为５２．５ ％ （ Ｐ＜ ０．０１） ；保尔佳组白细胞计数恢复正常者为１００％ ，对照组为７０．０ ％ （ Ｐ＜ ０．０１）。结论：保尔佳能明显减轻化疗的不良反应，提高生存质量。

Objective: To study the therapeutic effect and change of quality of life in patients with advanced lung cancer treated with Polyerga in combination with chemotherapy. Methods: Eighty-three cases of advanced lung cancer diagnosed histologically during the period from 1994 to 1998 were treated by chemotherapy alone (40 cases) and chemotherapy plus Polyerga (43 cases) for 8 weeks. Results: There was no statistic significance in effective rate between Polyerga group (58.8%) and control group (50%) ( P>0 05 ). The quality of life in Polyerga group was, however, far superior than the control group. There were 12 cases (27 9%) in Polyerga group and 30 cases (75%) in the control group who had declined appetite and nausea or vomiting ( P<0 01 ). Weight gain appeared in 22 cases (51 1%) of Polyerga group and 6 cases (15%) of control group ( P<0 01 ). The average Karnofsky score increased in 41 cases (95 3%) of Polyerga group and 21 cases (52.5%) of control group ( P<0 01 ). Pain relief appeared in 23 cases (53 4%) of Polyerga group and 15 cases (32 5%) of control group ( P<0 01 ). Decreased counts of white blood cells returned to normal in all cases (100%) of the Polyerga group and 28 cases (70%) of control group ( P<0 01 ). Conclusion: Polyerga can alleviate significantly the side effect of chemotherapy and elevate the quality of life of patient with advanced lung cancer.
