摘要
以米氏醇为原料,合成芳基硼酸,经钯催化偶联和若丹宁-3-乙酸缩合反应,生成目标化合物XS20-21。这类化合物是以N,N-二甲基苯胺作1为双供电基团、若丹宁为吸电子基团的有机染料,将其制成有机染料敏化太阳电池,在AM1.5、100 mW/cm2的光强下,电池的开路电压(Voc)为539 mV,短路电流密度(Jsc)为3.3 mA/cm2,填充因子(FF)为0.68,总光电转换效率为1.2%,并讨论了这两种化合物的结构对染料的光谱和光电特性的影响。
Two new organic dyes XS20-21 using N,N-dimethylaryl amine as donor and rhodamine-3-acetic acid as acceptor were designed and synthesized.The titled compounds were synthesized from the starting material 4,4'-bis(dimethylamino)diphenyl carbinol via the Suzuki coupling reaction of the aryl boronic acid,followed by Knoevenagel condensation reaction with rhodamine-3-acetic acid.The dyes were applied into nanocrystalline TiO2 dye-sensitized solar cells through standard operations.Under the irradiation of AM 1.5,100 mW/cm2,the overall power conversion efficiency could reach 2.1%,with a short-circuit photocurrent density(Jsc) 3.3 mA/cm2,an open-circuit photovoltage(Voc) 539 mV,and fill factor(FF) 0.68.The effect of structure of dyes on the optical properties and photovoltaic properties was discussed
