摘要 论述了近年来4 V级锂离子电池正极材料LiVPO4F的研究进展。在文中分别就LiVPO4F的制备技术,如碳热还原法、溶胶凝胶法、离子交换和水热技术等,进行了详细地对比讨论。此外,还对阴阳离子掺杂改性工作进行了简单评述。与其他正极材料相比,LiVPO4F是一种结构稳定,工作电位高,可逆性好和安全性高的新型动力锂电池材料。 The development of LiVPO4F as 4 V cathode materials for lithium-ion batteries was summarized in this article.The preparation methods,such as carbothermal reduction,sol-gel,ion exchange and hydrothermal techniques,were compared and discussed in detail.Moreover,the improvements of LiVPO4F by cations and anions doping were also presented for achieving better electrochemical properties.Compared with other cathode materials,LiVPO4F shows many merits,such as stable structure,high working potential and excellent safety performance,and is a promising cathode materials for power lithium-ion batteries.
