摘要
使用德国耶拿仪器公司Multi N/C 2100S总有机碳水质分析仪,参照《水质总有机碳的测定方法(GB/T13193-1991)》,通过对总有机碳测定过程的分析,找出了影响测定结果的各个分量,影响测定结果的分量主要有:标准溶液、回归曲线、试样平行试验、总有机碳水质分析仪、取样等,在此基础上对测量的不确定度进行了评定,并按照计量技术规范,给出了标准的表示法。
In this paper,according to the standard determination method of TOC in the water（GB/T13193- 1991） ,the factors that affect the determination result of TOC are found by analysis of TOC in the water using the TOC water quality analytical apparatus of Multi N/C 2100S of Analytikjena. The results show that the main factors are as follows： standard solution,regressive curve, parallel experiment of sample, the TOC water quality analytical apparatus, sampling, etc. Based on this, the uncertainty of measurement is evaluated and measured in accordance with technical specification,and a standardnotation is formed according to the metrology specification.
