县域经济条件下发展总部经济是浙江经济值得探索的一条新路子。文章以经济发展基础较厚实、经济体规模较大、区域优势相对明显的诸暨作为总部经济发展的研究对象,全面分析和评估诸暨发展总部经济面临的优势、劣势、机会和威胁,科学提出诸暨发展总部经济的四大战略选择。

Developing headquarters-economy in county is a new way for Zhejiang＇s economic development This paper takes Zhuji as a research object for it＇s solid foundation of economic development, large scales of economy and relatively distinct regional advantages. Then, the paper analyzes the strength, weakness, opportunity and threat of the development of headquarters economy in Zhuji. Finally, it proposes four strategies for developing headquarters eeonomy in Zhuji city.
