摘要
幸福和谐应是政府治理的根本目标。文章在文献梳理的基础上,依据科学发展观理念与和谐社会的时代内涵,构建安徽幸福指标体系。通过对2010年安徽省17个市的市民进行问卷调查,并根据幸福影响因子分析,得出安徽幸福指数与安徽经济社会发展水平仅有一定而非根本关联的结论,据此提出增进安徽幸福指数的政策方向。
Happiness and harmony should be the fundamental objective of the govemanee. After literature reviewing, this paper constructs a happiness indicator system based on scientific concept of development concepts and objectives of a harmonious society. On the basis of an empirical study of the citizens from 17 cities in Anhui Province, and factor analysis on happiness, the findings show that there is some, but not fundamental correlation between happiness index and economic and social development. Finally, this paper provide some adviees on the economic and social policies to improve happiness of Anhui Province.
