摘要
对以脱油沥青(DOA)为原料的气流床气化炉内多相反应流动进行了数值模拟,考察了氧油质量比、蒸汽加入量和气化压力对气化性能的影响。结果表明:随氧油质量比(mO2/mDOA)增大,气化炉内温度逐渐升高;当mO2/mDOA=0.93时,有效气含率达到最大值0.837。随蒸汽量增大,气化炉出口气体温度降低,而有效气含率在蒸汽、油质量比(mH2O/mDOA)为0.48时达到最大值;操作压力对气化炉出口有效气含量和温度影响很小。
The multiphase reaction flow in entrained flow gasifiers using de-oiled asphalt(DOA) as feedstock was studied by numerical simulation.The influences of m_(O_2)/m_(DOA),m_(H_2O)/m_(DOA) and gasifier pressure on gasifier characteristics were discussed.The results show that with the increasing of m_(O_2)/m_(DOA),the gas temperature increases.The volume fraction of CO and H_2 reaches maximum(0.837),when m_(O_2)/m_(DOA) is(0.93.) With the increasing of m_(H_2O)/m_(DOA),the gas temperature decreases,and the proportion of effective gases(CO+H_2) reaches maximum when m_(H_2O)/m_(DOA) is 0.48.The operation pressure has little effect on gasifier outlet gas composition and temperature.
