摘要
从免疫功能方面探讨中药枸杞的抗衰老，强身健体作用。用１００％枸杞水浸出液定期给小白鼠灌胃，然后测定其外周血白细胞数（ＷＢＣ），胸腺及脾脏重量，抗体产生能力，淋巴细胞转化率，巨噬细胞吞噬率。结果：用药组小白鼠以上免疫学指标均有明显改变，与对照组相比差异有显著性，未见副作用。提示口服枸杞可明显增强机体的免疫功能。可作为体质衰弱者及老年人的经常性抗衰老食疗性药物服用。
To research the anti-aging effect of LCM from the view of immunity, we filled stomaches of mice with 100% water extract of LCM regularly and tested WBC count of peripheral blood, weight of thymus, antibody production ability, lymphocyte transformation, phagocytosis rate of macrophage. Compared with control group, immune functions increased significantly in LCM group. These results indicated that taking LCM orally can enhance immune function obviously, LCM can be used as anti-aging food-treatment drug for the weak and the old.
