鱼油n-3脂肪酸对兔血小板聚集的抑制作用

摘要 为比较鱼油和玉米油在有猪油存在时的抗血小板聚集作用,将大白兔分为鱼油、玉米油和猪油3组。3组饲料除含2.5%猪油,再分别加3.5%的鱼油、玉米油和猪油,喂兔12周。第3周后,鱼油组兔血小板脂肪酸组成中++碳五烯酸(EPA)含量即高,第9周达10%,而玉米油和猪油组只含EPA0.17~0.40%;EPA和花生四烯酸比值,鱼油组为0.49~0.92,玉米油和猪油组为0.02~0.03。第6周后,全血和富含血小板血浆中的血小板聚集性,鱼油组显著低于另2组(P<0.05)。表明在同时进食猪油时,鱼油能抑制兔血小板聚集,玉米油不具这一作用。 To compare the effects on the platelet aggregation of fish oil and corn oil taken in together with lard,three groups of rabbits were fed on the chow containing 2.5% of lard with an addition of 3.5% of fish oil,corn oil and lard respectively for twelve weeks.The eicosapentaenoic acid in platelet was 10% higher in fish oil group than in the other two groups.The ratio of eicosapentaenoic acid/arachidonic acid was 0.49-0.92 in fish oil group,but 0.02-0.03 in the other two groups.Six weeks later the platelet aggregation in both whole blood and platelet-rich plasma was significantly lower in fish oil group than in corn oil and lard groups (P<0.05).These results suggest that fish oil rather than corn oil can inhibit rabbit platelet aggregation even in the presence of lard which is thought to be pro-aggregatory.
