不同方法治疗膝骨性关节炎80例 被引量:29

摘要 目的:观察不同方法治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的疗效。方法:对膝关节骨性关节炎(KOA)60例,使用随机分组法进行分组,分别予双醋瑞因(安必丁)、氨基葡萄糖和消炎镇痛药。选择合适病人20例给予关节注射玻璃酸钠治疗,随访并观察临床疗效及不良反应。结果:四种方法治疗膝骨性关节炎疗效确切,各组治疗前后各项指标均差异显著;认为安必丁组缓解关节疼痛与葡立组及乐松组差别有统计学意义,其中主要是在缓解行走时疼痛方面安必丁组与葡立组及乐松组差异明显。四组在缓解静息疼痛方面差别无统计学意义。且均未观察到严重的或文献未曾报道的不良事件。结论:双醋瑞因、氨基葡萄糖和消炎镇痛药(乐松)、玻璃酸钠治疗膝关节骨性关节炎在缓解患者关节疼痛方面均取得了满意效果,同时双醋瑞因(安必丁)对于缓解膝关节行走时疼痛取得更为突出的效果。
