^(35)S同位素交换法制备二种含硫农药中间体

PREPARATION OF THE ^(35)S-LABELLED INTERMEDIATES OF TWO SULPHUREOUS PESTICIDES BY ISOTOPIC EXCHANGE

一、引言马拉硫磷和杀螟松是含硫的高效低毒有机农药,可防治棉花、果树等多种虫害,在我国已使用多年,现发现按不同配比将它们与其它农药混合使用,可提高药效。为进一步研究它在植物中的代谢过程及其产物,研究它在农作物上的残留动态。

^(35)S-labelled intermediates of two sulphureous pesticides, palathion and fenitrothion, were prepared from isotopic exchange between ^(35)Ssulphate and two intermediates (O, O, -dimethyl-S-disulphophosphate and O, O, -dimethyl-S-phosphorochloridothionate) with the existence of element sulphur, Then, ^(35)S-palathion and ^(35)S-fenitrothion were synthesized.
