基于颜色-纹理自相关算法的内镜图像检索 被引量:2

摘要 为了同时有效的提取内镜图像的颜色和纹理信息,体现各特征的空间相关性,本文提出了一种颜色-纹理自相关算法应用于内镜图像检索。即通过纹理谱和自动阈值分割算法提取出纹理图像,并与颜色特征向量相融合再计算其相关性,得到距离分别为1、3的颜色-纹理自相关向量。在相似度匹配阶段采用Generalized Tversky Index(GTI)模型进行计算。最后将该方法与其他多种底层特征检索方法相比较,由实验结果表明,本文提出的算法能够获得有效的检索效果。 To extract the color and texture information of gastroscopic image effectively,and to incorporate spatial correlation feature,a method of gastroscopic image retrieval based on color-texture autocorrelation algorithm is presented in this paper.Firstly,the texture images extracted by texture spectrum and automatic thresholding are combined with color feature vector,then we calculate the color-texture autocorrelation vector at distance 1 and 3.Generalized Tversky Index model is used in retrieval for similarity measure.At last,we compare our method with other low-level feature extracting algorithms.Experimental results show that the method discussed in this paper is much more effective.
