输尿管镜下钬激光碎石术治疗81例输尿管结石疗效观察

目的:对输尿管镜下利用钬激光治疗输尿管结石进行观察。方法:对81例患者实施输尿管镜下钬激光碎石术,并对术中和术后情况进行分析。结果:一次性碎石成功率为90.1%,且患者恢复良好。结论:输尿管镜下钬激光碎石术治疗输尿管结石存在一定的并发症,但仍是一种疗效确切、安全便捷的治疗方法,可作为复杂性肾结石的首选。

Objective： Observer the effect of treating ureteral calculi with ureteral microscopically holmium laser lithotripsy. Methods： Treat 81 patients with ureteral microscopically holmium laser lithotdpsy, analyzed the situation of intraoperative and postoperative. Results： one - time success rate was 90. 1 percent, and the patient recovered well. Conclusion： This method is safe, effective can improve the effect, reduce the complications and improve the quality of life of the patients.
