可吸收螺钉治疗膝后叉韧带胫骨止点撕脱性骨折

摘要 目的:总结分析膝后叉韧带胫骨止点撕脱性骨折临床疗效。方法:对2001年1月~2008年10月间共收治的27例膝后叉韧带胫骨止点撕脱性骨折用可吸收螺钉固定进行回顾性分析。结果:27例均获得随防,时间8个月~2年,平均1.5年,优15例、良7例、可5例、差0例。结论:可吸收螺钉治疗膝后叉韧带胫骨止点撕脱骨折为临床满意疗效的方法之一。 Cbjective to summarize and analysis the curative effect of avulsion fradture in PCL s ending poilt Method retrospective analysis 27cases of avulsion fracture in PCL anding point Which were treated by absorptive screw from january2001 to October2010. Results All of 27 eases were followed up from 8months to 2years averaging 1.5 years excellent 15 cases good 7 cases aprove 5cases ineffective 0cases Conclusions Using absorptive screw to treat avulsion fracture in PCL ending point is one of the good methods in well recovery.
