炎琥宁辅助治疗支原体肺炎的临床疗效观察

目的:探讨炎琥宁辅助治疗支原体肺炎的临床疗效。方法:根据我院门诊2008年2月～2010年2月收治的80例肺炎支原体肺炎患者的临床资料,随机分为:治疗组(40例)和对照组(40例),对照组患儿采用肺炎常规治疗方案,治疗组患者在常规治疗的基础上加用炎琥宁辅助治疗,比较两组患者的临床疗效以及药物的不良反应。结果:炎琥宁治疗儿童支原体肺炎效果明显,优于对照组,治疗组:有效果为22例,显著疗效为10例,无效果为8例,有效率达80%;对照组:有效果为17例,显著疗效为10例,无效果为13例,有效率67.5%,两组疗效差异有统计学意义(p<0.05)。两组患儿均未发生药物不良反应。结论:炎琥宁辅助治疗支原体肺炎,能减轻患儿的不适症状,疗效满意,值得在临床推广。
