糖尿病患者骨折后的饮食管理 被引量:1

摘要 糖尿病患者并发骨质疏松后易致骨折,骨折后的饮食管理应做到控制总热量,以达到或维持理想体重。三大产能营养素供能比分别为蛋白质15%~20%,脂肪20%~30%,碳水化合物50%~60%。同时,保证蛋白质、钙质以及维生素D的摄取量,促进骨折部位及早愈合。
