摘要
一、引言随着科学技术的发展,各领域中对痕量元素的分析要求越来越高。痕量元素分析手段虽然很多,但由于不同分析方法和不同实验室之间往往存在着较大的系统误差,长期以来标准物质(SRM)的出现,使分析水平得到了提高。随着食品标准参考物质的研制成功,将对食品检测工作起到促进作用。
Some 8—15 elements have been determined in three national food standard reference materials——pig liver, kale, and wheat. Radiochemical neutron activation analysis (RNAA), as well as instrumental neutron activation analysis (INAA)was used for biologically important element As, Excellent agreement between our data and finally recommended ones (by Institute of Commodity Testing and Institute of Edible Oils and Foodstuffs, Ministry of Commerce) verified the reliability of our results, Homogeneity studies have been carried out for five to seven elements using INAA. The results indicate that all the three SRMs are homogeneous in terms of major, minor and trace element concentrations.
