摘要 针对直线电机伺服系统零相差跟踪控制鲁棒性不强、增益误差依然存在的问题,且如果系统未来信息不可知,系统跟踪因时间滞后而产生误差,为此提出用在线插值法补偿零相差跟踪误差的方法。该法简单,实时性能好。实验结果验证了该控制方法的有效性。 Robustness was not strong,gain error as before existed,and if future information was unknown,tracking-error would be produced since time lagging for ZPETC linear motor servo system.Aiming at the above-mentioned problems,method of interpolation was presented to compensate the error.The method is simple and has good realtime performance.The experimental results validate effectiveness of this control method.
